By submitting yourself and/or your work to this site via email or any other means, you agree to the below Terms of Service (“TOS”):
You agree to the posting of that same material on this site, associated sites, and associated social media in perpetuity.
You warrant you have the right to convey the right to use all images you submit for use on the above sites and associated media.
You agree that W.R. (“Bill”) Hammons shall be entitled to 20% of all revenues you receive directly or indirectly through this site.
You agree the same revenues are payable to W.R. Hammons with your 80% to remitted to you within 5 business days of receipt.
You understand that all rights granted to W.R. Hammons are exclusive, with said exclusivity subject to career and consideration.
You understand that images should be submitted via email to therealwrhammons@gmail.com and are covered by these TOS.
You agree that these Terms of Service (TOS) shall be governed by the laws of a polity determined solely by W.R. Hammons.
